The Danbury.. 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath 2 story with appox 1475 square feet of living space. This is a fantastic floor plan, very open and spacious.  The first floor has a large great room with gas fireplace.  Large eat-in kitchen with custom cabinets, laundry/mud room off garage, powder room and nice entry foyer. The 2nd floor has a nice master suite with trey ceiling, large master bath, two guest rooms, hall bath . All this plus a full basement and 2 car garage, and maintenance free exterior.

The Casper.. .  1256 sq ft ranch with large 14x26 ft great room with vaulted ceiling.  A vaulted kitchen area, large laundry room, 3 bdrms 2 baths. A 12x12 treated deck in accessed of the great room or the kitchen. The home has a maintenance free exterior consisting of a combination of brick and vinyl siding.  Can be built with or without a basement or garage to meet the buyers financial needs. 

The Brookfield.. This is a unique 3bdrm,2 ba, walk-out ranch with appox . 1282 square feet.  It features a vaulted great room, large eat-in kitchen with access to a treated deck, walk-out basement with drive under 2 car garage.  The unfinished part of the basement walks out on to a patio which is under the deck .  This area can be finished into a game room or additional bedroom.  This home has a brick front and vinyl sides and back making the entire exterior maintenance free. 

 

The Essex Country.. The country is the same floor plan as the Essex only with a country flare.  It offers a 5x36 ft front porch.  This design as with the other Essex designs can be built in a number of ways.  Build them with or without a attached garage.  With or without a basement, of  try a walkout with the garage in the basement.
