  The Virginian.. This is a fantastic 1666 sq/ft virginian style 2 story.  This beautiful home has 3 bdrm, 2.5 baths, seperate dining room, great room and huge eat-in kitchen with a bay window.  1st floor laundry and beautiful open foyer leading to the 2nd floor.  The upstairs offers a large vaulted master suite with make-up area, full bath & walk-in closet.  The 2 other bedrooms are off the hall and another full bath serves these rooms. Ample closet space,  gas fireplace, deck, 2 car garage and the standard amenity package offered with all Ascot Homes.

The Somerset.. This unique traditional contemporary style home has lots of open space.  1900 sq/ft of living space, large vaulted great room with flying staircase to 2nd floor.  3 bdrm, 2.5 bath, large eat-in kitchen, 1st floor master plus a 2nd floor master as well.  Spacious kitchen with bar, 2 car garage, deck, gas fireplace, tray ceiling in master.  All this plus the standard amenity package of custom trim and cabinets.  This is a super home and has lots of space. Can be built with or without a basement. 

The Franklin: This is a beautiful 2 story home with all the elegance you  want in an affordable package.  3 Bd Rms 2.5 baths, large eat-in kitchen with custom cabinets, large family room with fireplace, full basement. The laundry is located in the hall of the 2nd floor close to the bedrooms.  The master suite has a trey ceiling, the master bath has a whirlpool tub and a sep shower stall.
