Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee

We at Ascot Construction Corp. go out of our way to see that we have satisfied buyers of our new homes.  We like many of you have heard the horror stories of people who have had bad experiences building or buying a new home.  For this reason we have concentrated on making the building experience an enjoyable adventure.

 

When you contract to buy or build a Ascot home, we offer a “ Buyers Satisfaction” clause in our contract documents.  This clause, which is unique in the building industry, states that at anytime during the construction of your new home, you find something which you are not happy with, and the problem cannot be mutually resolved, then either party can declare the contract null and void.  The good faith deposit will be returned and we each go our separate ways.

 

To this date, no one has ever exercised this option, however the peace of mind that it offers the buyer eases the tension that many people, especially first time home buyers,  have when purchasing a new home.

 

Of course we also offer the standard one year “Registered Builder” warranty or a 10 year warranty for additional cost.
